Batch 1: Saison - 7.1% - 27 IBU - This was the first beer we brewed on our 15BBL brewhouse. Unfiltered Belgian Style Saison brewed with Hallertauer Mittlefrueh hops. Brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and water, this beer has earthy, peppery and spicy notes.
Goodle Day IPA - 7.4% ABV – 68 IBU – Our tribute to John Hartford. Brewed using Centennial bittering hops, and Cascade and Mandarina Bavaria aroma and dry hop additions. This balanced, unfiltered IPA has earthy, floral citrus bitterness with floral, tangerine and grapefruit notes in the aroma.
English Brown Ale – 6.2% ABV – 25 IBU – This take on an English Brown Ale is distinctly malt forward. Maris Otter malt provides the base in addition to Munich and Aromatic specialty malts from England. This combination provides a bread-y, biscuit flavor and aroma profile. This is a smooth, malty sweet beer but with light bitterness and subtle dryness perceived in the finish.
American Stout – 7.9% ABV – 80 IBU – This traditional stout is roasty with malt-provided hints of chocolate and coffee. Combined with the dark, roasty specialty malts, Chinook hops provide a balanced bitterness and subtle piney spiciness.
Black IPA - 7.4% ABV – 73 IBU – Brewed for the solar eclipse, this unfiltered ale is brewed with debittered dark specialty malt to add color and light roasty chocolate malt notes. The Magnum bittering hops add clean balance and citrus. The Cascade hops aroma and dry hop additions provide additional notes of citrus as well as some earthiness, grapefruit, pine and herb notes.
(SOLD OUT) Pilot Batch: Cherrywood Smoked Baltic Porter – 6.4% ABV – 36 IBU – This pilot batch porter is brewed with Cherrywood smoked malt providing a subtly sweet, cherry-like smokiness in the aroma and finish. In line with classic Baltic porters, you’ll also notice rich malty caramel sweetness and some esters that will hit the palate with dark fruit.
(SOLD OUT) Batch 8: Wee Heavy - 9.4% ABV – 30 IBU – Unfiltered, malt forward, strong Scotch Ale with hints of roasted malt and caramel sweetness. Full bodied, low bitterness, classic European styled beer.
(SOLD OUT)Batch 12: Weissbier - 5.2% ABV – 14 IBU – An unfiltered wheat beer created with the traditional German style in mind. Brewed with a small amount of Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops, the majority of its flavor is imparted by the yeast, which produces hints of banana and clove during fermentation.
(SOLD OUT)New Moon Porter - 7.8% - 24 IBU - A medium-bodied, unfiltered robust porter. A dark porter with hints of chocolate. A smooth, dry finish with low bitterness for an enjoyable all-season beer.
(SOLD OUT) Batch 9: Double IPA - 8.4% ABV – 81 IBU – Unfiltered IPA using Azacca and Citra hops for bittering, aroma and dry hopping additions. The hops provide a tropical fruit and citrus aroma with tastes of spicy mango, grapefruit, pineapple and pine.
(SOLD OUT) Batch 10: Saison - 5.8% ABV – 30 IBU – Unfiltered Saison brewed with a French & Belgian yeast blend. Dry & crisp with spice and clove up front and a mellow tartness in the finish.
(SOLD OUT)Batch 7: Irish Red Ale – 6.4% ABV – 26 IBU – Unfiltered, Irish inspired, red ale. A rich red color with a touch of caramel sweetness and toasty malt. Styrian Golding hops provide balance and a subtle resinous and earthy aroma.
(SOLD OUT) Batch 6: IPA - 8.0% ABV – 75 IBU – Unfiltered IPA brewed with Chinook bittering hops and Mandarina Bavaria / Cascade aroma hops. Dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Cascade hops. This IPA has light spiciness in taste with a mandarin citrus, floral aroma and grapefruit notes.
(SOLD OUT) Pilot Batch Maibock – 6.5% ABV – Our unfiltered take on the malty lager traditionally released for spring festivals in Germany. This smooth, toasty bock has a slight and balanced bitterness from locally grown Chinook hops
(SOLD OUT) Batch 2: IPA– 7.5% ABV – 84 IBU – Unfiltered IPA brewed with Chinook bittering hops, and Mandarina Bavaria aroma and dry hop additions. This IPA retains sweetness from it's malt bill, spiciness from it's Chinook hops, and has orange citrus taste and aroma from its Mandarina Bavaria hop additions.
(SOLD OUT) Batch 4: Saison – 5.8% ABV – 30 IBU – Unfiltered Belgian Style Saison with fruity ester characteristics and a light tartness. Brewed using only malt, hops, yeast and water, this Saison's esters are balanced with a slightly malty finish, light clove flavors, and mild spicy and floral notes provided by Crystal hops.

Brewed with a small amount of Hallertauer Mittlefruh hops, the majority of its flavor comes from the yeast, which produces hints of banana and clove during fermentation.
(SOLD OUT) Pilot Batch 'Lost Goat' Belgian Pale: 5.5% ABV - Our first 10-gallon pilot system release. This beer will be available until it runs out. Brewed with an assortment of six different malts that provide a toasty, biscuit-malt base. Local, Gray Summit-grown Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops provide a subtle American northwest hop touch to this old Belgian style. A Belgian yeast strain provides the esters and earthy spiciness you expect from a Belgian beer, making this a malt forward, slightly hoppy American take on the classic Belgian Pale Ale style.
